Cesar Parra’s Jupiter, Florida Horse Farm Up for Sale Amid Abuse Allegations

Cesar Parra’s Florida horse farm in Jupiter is up for sale for $4 million, but there has been no resolution to charges of horse abuse against the American trainer. The 4.54-acre farm is located in an equestrian area of Jupiter, known for being home to professional golfers.

Parra purchased the farm in 2007 after the previous owner moved their dressage horses to trainers in Wellington. The 61-year-old trainer’s plans after the sale of the farm are unknown, but he has developed a horse training and sales business in Mexico. The FEI has taken primary responsibility for investigating the abuse allegations against Parra.

The farm for sale includes a three-bedroom house, a large screened-in pool, a covered arena, a barn with apartments, tack rooms, and horse stalls. Parra, who has competed in multiple international equestrian events, has been on provisional suspension since February 2024. The FEI has been conducting its investigation through trans-Atlantic electronic means.
