Canada’s Equestrian Federation is seeking a high performance technical advisor to lead the national dressage team toward success at the Olympics, World Championships, and Pan American Games. The role involves guiding top athletes and horses, implementing high-performance strategies, providing leadership and mentorship, and acting as chef d’equipe at major competitions.

Applicants must have international Grand Prix experience, strong communication, analytical, and strategic planning skills, and a thorough knowledge of FEI regulations and Safe Sport practices.
