Bugatti Brouillard: A Horse-Inspired Hypercar from the Exclusive Solitaire Division

The Bugatti Brouillard is a unique hypercar from Bugatti’s new “Solitaire” division, which creates two one-off cars annually, emphasizing individuality and extraordinary craftsmanship. Inspired by Ettore Bugatti’s favorite horse, Brouillard is built on the Mistral roadster’s carbon fiber and aluminum platform but features bespoke bodywork, a longer front end, and a custom roofline. Powered by an 8.0-liter quad-turbocharged W-16 engine producing 1,578 horsepower, the car blends exceptional performance with artistic design, including horse-themed interior details like embroidered silhouettes, Parisian fabrics, and a sculpted aluminum and glass shift knob.

The Brouillard embodies a revival of the atelier spirit, combining automotive art with engineering excellence. Its design philosophy centers on equestrian motifs, such as C-shaped bodywork reflecting Bugatti’s signature and holographic taillights. Set to debut at Monterey Car Week, this exclusive hypercar is expected to be priced well over $15 million, making it one of Bugatti’s most expensive creations. The Brouillard represents a bold statement of power, elegance, and bespoke luxury, signaling Bugatti’s commitment to a future beyond hydrogen-powered vehicles.
