The lead regional coaches include individuals such as Jo Rimmer, Will Murray, Phil Brown, Emily Lochore, Camilla Kruger, Tim Rogers, and Jonquil Hemming, each with their own unique coaching background and competitive experience. Tina Cook, a 5* international event rider, has been appointed as the National U25 Coach, focusing on producing young horses and coaching. Sam York and Katie Williams have also been appointed to lead roles in social license and horse welfare in coaching, and international development experiences, respectively.
