Bouckaert Farm Confirms Equestrian Events Will Continue Through at Least 2027

Bouckaert Farm in Chattahoochee Hills, GA, owned by Carl Bouckaert, has been a prominent equestrian venue since 2006, hosting major events including USEA American Eventing Championships and Olympic qualifiers. Despite rumors about the land’s future due to potential development plans on the 8,000-acre property, Carl Bouckaert recently confirmed that equestrian events will continue at the farm through at least 2027. The farm dedicates about 2,200 acres to equestrian facilities, including a top-level cross country course, and benefits from zoning ordinances requiring that up to 70% of the land remain green space, ensuring preservation of the equestrian environment.

While development plans led by DMB Development are underway, focusing on mixed-use projects that coexist with natural green spaces, no immediate changes or construction have been announced. Carl and his wife Suzanne remain committed to maintaining the equestrian events, with the possibility of relocating them within the property if needed. Community feedback has strongly supported preserving the farm’s equestrian legacy, and for now, Bouckaert Farm continues to be a cherished venue for riders and fans alike.
