Baileys Amateur Rider Series to Launch in 2026 Celebrating UK Eventing Amateurs

The Baileys Amateur Rider Series will launch in the 2026 British Eventing (BE) season to recognize and celebrate the UK’s most consistent and competitive amateur event riders across BE100, BE105, novice, and intermediate levels. The series will feature a dedicated leaderboard powered by EquiRatings to track performances, with monthly updates from March to October and end-of-season prizes for the top 10 riders. This initiative, part of the extended partnership between BE and Baileys Horse Feeds, aims to provide structured progression, meaningful rewards, and greater recognition for amateur riders based on automated eligibility criteria ensuring fairness and inclusivity.

British Eventing’s head of commercial, Jenny Clark, emphasized the importance of celebrating grassroots excellence, while Baileys’ marketing manager Jane Buchan highlighted their commitment to supporting riders with science-led nutrition advice. The series responds to amateur riders’ feedback seeking more recognition and motivation, and it will be closely followed by the amateur community as a season-long celebration of their passion and achievements.
