The third day of the Al Shaqab International Arabian Horse Show in Doha featured senior mares and stallions competing in qualifying classes, with strong participation from prominent studs across Qatar and the Gulf region. Notable winners included Jamellat Nudrah and Thorya Al Hawajer among the mares, and Ash’al Al E’zz and D Wasel among the stallions. The event, supported by the Social and Sport Contribution Fund (Daam) and supervised by ECAHO, continues under the patronage of Sheikh Joaan bin Hamad Al Thani.

Participants emphasized the importance of knowledge exchange and breeding excellence to uphold Qatar’s reputation in Arabian horse breeding. The championship will conclude tomorrow with final rounds determining Gold, Silver, and Bronze titleholders, as competitors aim to advance to major international events.
