At the 2025 Keeneland Championship Sale held at Del Mar, Hill ‘n’ Dale at Xalapa made headlines by purchasing a share in the leading sire Not This Time for $3 million, the highest price of the evening. This unique purchase includes all income from Not This Time’s 2025 breeding season. Hill ‘n’ Dale also acquired a 20% ownership interest in reigning Horse of the Year Thorpedo Anna for $1 million, further expanding their involvement in elite Thoroughbred racing and breeding. Other notable sales included $1 million shares in WinStar Farm’s Life Is Good and a 25% interest in Bentornato, the favorite for the upcoming Breeders’ Cup Sprint.
