The 2025 USEA Annual Meeting & Convention will be held from December 11-14 at the Sheraton New Orleans Hotel in New Orleans, Louisiana. This four-day event offers a diverse schedule featuring educational seminars, open committee meetings, and social gatherings focused on the sport of eventing. Attendees can choose from two tracks of sessions covering topics such as horse care, legal advice, and horse trial operations. Special events include a Show Jumping Seminar, USEA Board of Governors meetings and welcome reception, a film screening fundraiser for the USEA Foundation, and keynote presentations by equestrian sports psychologist Natalie Hummel.
Additional highlights include the Annual Meeting of Members Luncheon and the Year-End Awards Dinner celebrating member achievements. Continental breakfasts are provided each morning, and on-site registration will be available starting December 11.
